Privacy policy

Last updated: 7/15/2026

🔒 We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and you can request deletion of all your information whenever you want.

This privacy policy applies to the Testers web application, together with any related services operated by Dinnger (collectively, the "Application"). Dinnger is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Testers collects only the information needed to operate the platform and provide you the service. This includes:

  • Basic data from your Google account when you sign in: your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • The apps you upload and the tests you join.
  • Messages, ratings, and reports you generate within the platform.
  • Technical data strictly necessary to operate and secure the service, such as session and access logs.

We use this information to run the platform (matching testers with apps), to notify you about your apps and the tests you join, and to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Testers uses a strictly necessary cookie to keep your session active and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or interest-based tracking technologies. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using any non-essential tracking technologies.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Your information is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for advertising or any commercial purpose. It is only used within Testers to provide you the service.

In particular, your Google account data is not used for targeted advertising, retargeting, or interest-based segmentation, nor transferred to third parties to assess creditworthiness, grant loans, or train artificial intelligence models.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Testers does not sell or share your personal information. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Third-Party Access

The Service Provider does not sell or rent your data. To operate the Application, the Service Provider relies on a limited set of third-party services — namely Google Sign-In for authentication and the infrastructure that hosts the platform. Access by these providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to provide you the service.

Please note that the Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

The Service Provider may disclose the information you provide:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may process personal data in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
  • Your consent, where required and legally permitted

Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.

How Long We Keep Your Data

The Service Provider retains your personal data only while your account remains active and for the time necessary to provide you the service. When you request deletion of your account, we permanently erase your information, except for what we must retain due to legal obligations.

Deletion of Your Data and Opt-Out

You can request the deletion of your account and all your information at any time. Doing so permanently erases your profile data, your apps, messages, ratings, and other associated information. To request it, write to us at [email protected] from the email you signed in with; we will handle your request within a reasonable time.

You can also stop further collection of information by ceasing to use the website. Ceasing to use will stop the platform from collecting further data, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been collected; to delete it, use the deletion request above.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that the necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We apply security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls that restrict who can view your data within the platform.

Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-07-06.

Your Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
